Classic N.Y. Egg Cream

Mom’s Recipe
4 ounces of whole milk
2 tablespoons Fox’s U-bet Original Chocolate Flavor Syrup
4 ounces of seltzer water
Mix milk and u-bet.  Then slowly stir in seltzer water while whipping with a spoon to make a nice foam.  Serve in a large Coke glass with a paper straw.
